How To Serve & Keep Fresh

Here at Moonwood, we bake all our tasty sweets fresh without preservatives. See how to store our mini & regular size baked goods:

- Crescent Cups & Dessert Bars

We suggest enjoying your crescent cups & dessert bars the day you purchase OR store them overnight in a sealed container, refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.

- Homestyle Cookies, Gourmet Cookies, & Breakfast Loaves And Rolls

We suggest enjoying your baked goods the day you purchase OR keeping them in a sealed container. Do not refrigerate, you can eat until your heart’s content for 2 to 3 days.

- Custard & Mason Jar Desserts

Are made fresh daily with real whip cream & fresh fruit. We suggest enjoying the day you purchase, however you can keep them refrigerated if sealed for 1 to 2 days. When serving guests keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

- Breakfast Pastries, Donuts, & Danish

We suggest enjoying the day you purchase this deliciousness!

*Be mindful, our baked goods may contain peanuts, almonds, coconut, hazelnuts, pecans, and walnuts.

Are Moonwood's products gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or egg-free?
We outsource our gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan pastries from a local bakery that is certified for these dietary needs.
Do any of Moonwood's pastries contain nuts?
Some of our products contain nuts. We do share equipment amongst all products.
Do you have nutritional information for your products?
We make everything with fresh ingredients from scratch to ensure satisfying delicious tastes in every sip and bite. You can view ingredients we use in a Moonwood product by visiting our website’s Bake Shop page and clicking on the individual product page.
Do you have care instructions & serving tips for Moonwood's baked goods?
Yes we do. You are given care tips with your baked goods order, but you can view them as well on our website’s How to Serve & Keep Fresh page.

ORDERS & DELIVERY FAQs

How far in advance should custom orders with Moonwood be placed?
We require a minimum of 48-hour notice for all custom orders. If our schedule allows us to bake your order sooner than the standard timeframe, your pick up time will be confirmed by one of our Moonwood team members at the time of your purchase.
What payment methods does Moonwood accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cash.
Does Moonwood ship products?
Yes, we ship Moonwood merchandise and our Gourmet locally roasted coffee around the globe. We do not offer shipping on bakery items at this time.
Does Moonwood Deliver?
Yes, we deliver locally through third parties DoorDash, Urban Eats, and Postmates. Delivery fees vary depending on the vendor and distance.

CATERING & TASTINGS

Does Moonwood cater?
Yes! We cater to any event of your choosing. Serving our Gourmet Hand Crafted Coffee Drinks & freshly baked treats from scratch just for your guests! Please fill out the form on our website’s Catering page or call to place your catering order at (714) 421-6102 for a quote.
Do we offer Wedding tastings?
Yes, we do! All tastings are by appointment only with a Moonwood Catering Manager. Please fill out our website’s Contact form or call in advance at (714) 421-6102 to schedule your tasting appointment at our shop’s location.
Can I custom order Hand-Dipped Decorated Sugar Cookies & Crescent Cups (cupcakes) for my event?
